We started Brothers Buy Property because we were already buying and holding rental property in the Twin Ports ourselves, and kept meeting homeowners who wanted a straightforward option that didn't involve listing, showings, or waiting months for the right buyer.
Run by the people who make the offers
Before Brothers Buy Property existed as its own thing, we were buying rental property with our own money, doing the work ourselves, and learning what actually makes a deal fair to both sides. That experience is the whole reason this business exists.
We're a small team of investors based in Duluth, and between us we've helped more than 30 homeowners sell directly, everything from inherited houses to rentals with tenants still in place. We're not a national chain running a script through a call center. When you reach out, you're talking to the people who own the properties and make the offers.
A few things we won't do
No pressure tactics
If our offer isn't right for you, or the timing isn't right, that's a fine answer. We'd rather have an honest no than talk someone into something.
No mass texting
We only text people who reach out to us first through this site. We don't buy lead lists and blast them, and we don't send anything you didn't ask for.
No hidden fees
There's no commission and no listing fee when you sell to us directly. Whatever number we agree on is the number.
