This website is operated by Brothers Buy Property, a DBA of Harbor Entities LLC, to connect with homeowners who are considering selling their property. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
Program description: When you submit your phone number through a lead form on this website and check the consent box, you are enrolled in Brothers Buy Property' text messaging program for the purpose of following up on your inquiry about selling your property. Messages may include follow-up questions, scheduling, and offer discussion related specifically to the property you told us about. This is not a general marketing or promotional messaging program, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in through this site or direct contact with us.
- Message frequency: varies depending on your inquiry. Typically a small number of messages while we're actively following up with you.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email harborentities@gmail.com.
- Consent: consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service from Brothers Buy Property.
- Carriers: supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No obligation
Submitting a form on this site, or talking with us by phone, text, or email, does not obligate you to sell your property to us, and does not obligate us to make an offer. Any purchase agreement is a separate, written contract that both sides sign.
